Allison Domson's practice focuses on banking, real estate and tax credit transactions. She divides her time between representing commercial lending institutions and real estate developers in connection with all aspects of commercial financial transactions, including acquisition, development and construction loans and loan workouts. Her practice also has a strong emphasis on the acquisition, development and construction of multi-family housing developments intended to qualify for federal low-income housing tax credits and/or federal and state historic rehabilitation tax credits.
