He has extensive experience negotiating and drafting contracts and representing public and private companies of all sizes with their corporate transactional needs.
Aaron Spencer focuses his practice on corporate transactional law, including corporate finance, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, tax and executive compensation. He has extensive experience negotiating and drafting contracts and representing public and private companies of all sizes with their corporate transactional needs. Mr. Spencer is licensed to practice in North Carolina. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Business Law Section, the Business Law Section of the North Carolina Bankers Association, the Leadership Raleigh Alumni Association, the Licensing Executive Society and the Association for Corporate Growth. Mr. Spencer also does pro bono work for North Carolina Special Olympics. Mr. Spencer was named a "Triangle Mover & Shaker" by Business Leader Magazine in 2009 and was named one of North Carolina’s “Legal Elite Young Guns” by Business North Carolina magazine in 2008. Mr. Spencer received his bachelor of science from Oklahoma State University in 1996 and his juris doctor from the Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1999.
