Toni Peck focuses her practice on assisting health care providers on a variety of health care matters, including fraud and abuse, EMTALA, HIPAA, physician recruitment, medical staff issues and regulatory compliance. Ms. Peck also regularly advises health care providers on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, joint ventures and other corporate matters.

Ms. Peck also regularly advises health care providers on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, joint ventures and other corporate matters. Ms. Peck is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association Minorities in the Profession Committee. Ms. Peck co-authored an article with Marcus C. Hewitt entitled, “Weathering the Coming Storm-Implementing Electronic Health Records: Avoiding and Winning Disputes with EHR Vendors,” published in the March 2010 edition of Prognosis. Ms. Peck earned her bachelors of arts degree in political science and sociology from Duke University and her juris doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.
