Dave Addison is a partner in the Trusts and Estates Department at Williams Mullen. His areas of practice include estate planning and estate and trust administration. Much of Mr. Addison's practice focuses on family wealth transfers, including such devices as revocable and irrevocable trusts, family partnerships, generation-skipping arrangements, and charitable trusts. He frequently advises business owners regarding management succession and the transfer of closely held business interests to family members. He lectures frequently on these topics.
