Pat Devine is co-chairman of the Health Care Section at Williams Mullen. He concentrates his practice in the areas of heath care, antitrust, corporate and business, securities and venture capital law. Mr. Devine regularly assists health care providers with business and regulatory issues in the health care industry, including business structures, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, certificate of public need, tax, antitrust, reimbursement, compliance, false claims act, privacy, disciplinary and medical staff, credentialing, managed care, buy-sell and employment agreements, and legislative matters. He also assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities and venture capital financing.
