David Embree is a partner in the Real Estate Section at Williams Mullen. His practice focuses on real estate, corporate finance, business formation and wireless communications. His expertise includes representation of several developers who build apartment communities using equity funding through the federal low-income housing tax credit. These transactions include acquiring and preparing property for development, negotiating partnership agreements with national tax credit equity syndicators, and negotiating and closing debt financing with a variety of governmental and institutional lenders.
