Represented owners in the purchase of unimproved land for development into single-family neighborhoods, including subdivision of property and municipal permitting
 
Represented landlords in the negotiation of leases with national, regional and local tenants
 
Represented property owners, lessees and municipalities in structured ground lease transactions and leasehold financing
 
Represented developers of multi-family housing properties, which received Low Income Housing Tax Credits or Section 8 Housing Assistance Payment Contracts and were financed by either loans from the Virginia Housing Development Authority, loans insured by HUD or local housing authority bonds
