Kate Marriott serves as a vice president on the firm’s board of directors and chair of the Employee Benefits Section. She is also the chair of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and its Retirement Committee. Her practice focuses on all areas of employee benefits, including stock-based compensation, pension and welfare plans for private and tax-exempt employers, ESOPs for public and privately-held companies, and ERISA issues arising in mergers and acquisitions.
