Channing Martin is a partner and chair of the Environmental Law Group and the Petroleum Refining & Marketing Group at Williams Mullen. Within the Environmental Law Group, he counsels clients on a wide variety of environmental issues and represents them before regulatory agencies and in federal and state courts on such matters as the Clean Air and Water acts, Superfund, RCRA, storage tanks and toxic torts. Among other industry sectors, Mr. Martin regularly represents manufacturers, petroleum companies and trade associations.
