Craig Mytelka is a partner in and chairman of the Technology, Intellectual Property & Entertainment Section at Williams Mullen. He also serves on the firm's board of directors as vice president. His practice is concentrated in the areas of U.S. and foreign trademark and copyright law, domestic and international licensing, franchise law, unfair competition, trade secrets and patents, international trade and U.S. Customs regulations, as well as general corporate law. Mr. Mytelka also maintains a civil litigation practice, which includes representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in the areas of infringements, unfair competition, trade secrets and other complex litigation.
