Will Old is a partner in Williams Mullen, where he serves on the board of directors and as vice chair of the firm's Business Group. His practice focuses primarily on corporate and business law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities and taxation. He regularly assists public companies with initial public and secondary offerings, merger proxies, 1934 Act filings, corporate governance, investor relations and SEC advocacy. He has extensive experience guiding both public and private companies through mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, management buy-outs, roll-ups, and tax planning, including multi-state and international planning.
