Bob Samuel is a partner in the Litigation Section at Williams Mullen. He represents private individuals, insurance companies and the local transit authority, primarily in trial litigation with an emphasis in personal injury. Mr. Samuel's practice includes assessing and reporting the merits of business, workers' compensation and injury cases and the risks of defense, as well as representing individuals who are injured as a result of the negligence of others. He has defended numerous cases for the transit authority, insurance companies and businesses and has prepared and successfully tried cases ranging from professional negligence and defamation to criminal defense felony cases in state and federal courts. Mr. Samuel's trial experience began in 1979 and includes more than 125 jury trials.
