Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Via served as an instructional aide in the Roanoke County Public School system where he worked with children with special needs. Mr. Via is listed in Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Stars magazine for Real Estate. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a member of the American Bar Association. Mr. Via received his juris doctor degree from the William & Mary School of Law. He received a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Virginia.
