Andrea Z. Warmbier
Andrea Warmbier focuses her practice on all areas of intellectual property. She has extensive experience litigating patent, trademark, trade dress, trade secret, and copyright infringement lawsuits. Ms. Warmbier also has significant experience preparing and prosecuting utility and design patents in the chemical, electrochemical and mechanical fields. She has assisted clients in conducting due diligence analyses on patent portfolios; prepared assignment, license and nondisclosure agreements; provided clients with noninfringement, patentability and invalidity opinions; and has been involved in preserving and collecting domestic and international electronic data during discovery.

Ms. Warmbier is admitted to practice in Virginia and Michigan and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Norfolk & Portsmouth Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
Ms. Warmbier serves on the board of directors of the Hampton Roads Technology Council and the South Hampton Roads Chapter of the American Heart Association. Additionally, Ms. Warmbier is a graduate of the LEAD Hampton Roads Class of 2010.
Ms. Warmbier received her B.S. in Biochemistry and B.A. in Chemistry from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and her juris doctor degree, cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law.
