Mr. Crumpler has extensive experience with the organization and use of partnerships, Sub S corporations and Virginia limited liability companies. Mr. Crumpler is admitted to practice in Virginia. He is an active member of the Norfolk & Portsmouth Bar Association, the Richmond Bar Association and the Virginia Bar Association, where he is a member of the Business Section. Also active in the community, Mr. Crumpler serves on the board of directors of the Norfolk Chamber of Commerce and volunteers his time to the Norfolk & Portsmouth Bar Association RAMP student mentor program. Mr. Crumpler has been recognized as a top attorney for Business/Corporate by Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Stars magazine. He is a 1993 graduate of the University of Virginia and received his law degree from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1997.
