The firm is committed to a policy of anti-harassment, non-discrimination and equal employment opportunities for all employees, interns and applicants for employment.

The firm bases all employment-related decisions on individuals’ skills, abilities, and qualifications. This applies to recruitment and hiring, promotions, transfers, training, wages, salary and benefit administration and all other aspects of employment with the firm.  Consistent with this principle and applicable federal, state or local laws, the firm does not discriminate based on age, race (including characteristics commonly associated with race, including hairstyles), color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, creed, medical condition including pregnancy and childbirth, disability, genetic information, gender identity and expression, marriage or parental status, sexual orientation or Veteran’s status. Further, the firm condemns discrimination, harassment and intimidation in any form in the workplace, and recognizes its duty to provide all employees with an environment free from such conduct.

A background investigation conducted by a third party reporting agency is a condition of employment.  This investigation may include information regarding criminal history, Social Security verification, driving records, verification of employment and education history, and other background checks.
