Camden R. Webb
Camden Webb focuses his practice on commercial litigation, primarily representing members of the financial services industry in cases such as lender liability disputes between creditors, defense of consumer lawsuits, and other bank litigation. In addition to financial services litigation, Mr. Webb maintains a general commercial litigation practice in areas such as software development disputes, sale-of-goods disputes and general contract litigation. In representing clients, Mr. Webb seeks early and efficient resolution of disputes and applies legal project management principles to case analysis and strategy, staffing, information management and budgeting in order to increase efficiency of case management and to maximize predictability of litigation expenses.

Mr. Webb has extensive experience and regularly litigates in North Carolina’s state and federal courts. He has appeared in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, North Carolina’s federal district and bankruptcy courts, the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the majority of North Carolina’s state judicial districts. Mr. Webb has also appeared in numerous other state and federal courts as associated counsel.
Prior to joining Williams Mullen, Camden served as an U.S. Army judge advocate in Korea and Fort Bragg, N.C., where he practiced consumer law and administrative law, and was a trial lawyer for two years.
Licensed to practice in North Carolina, Mr. Webb is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and the North Carolina and American bar associations, where he served on the Commercial and Business Litigation Committee as UCC Sub-Committee co-chair, the Committee on Consumer Financial Services, and the Committee on Financial Institution Litigation. He is admitted to practice before all North Carolina state courts, including North Carolina business courts. In addition, he is a member of the Conference on Consumer Finance Law, the Defense Research Institute and the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys.
Mr. Webb is also active in the community, currently serving as the vice-chair for board development for Junior Achievement of Eastern North Carolina. Mr. Webb was a member of the board of directors for the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce from 2006 to 2007 and served as the chairman for the Leadership Raleigh 2001-02 program. In 2008, Mr.Webb was named a Triangle Mover and Shaker by Business Leader Magazine. Martindale Hubbell has rated Mr. Webb an AV attorney, its highest rating available.
Mr. Webb earned his bachelor of arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond and his juris doctor degree, with honors, from the University of North Carolina.
