The Attorneys of Color initiative (AOC) was formed in part to help enhance the sense of community among attorneys of color at Williams Mullen and to promote relationships and network professionally both within and outside of the firm. The AOC members meet regularly to discuss issues of common interest, to foster a sense of community, and to socialize as colleagues.
