Women's Initiative
Our Women’s Initiative affinity group exists to encourage the professional development and success of our women attorneys.
This diverse community engages in internal and external activities that promote personal relationships and professional networks intended to support and enhance their overall experience with the firm. Since 2006, the firm has supported this employee resource group’s efforts.
Our continuing goal is joining with all Williams Mullen legal professionals to create and sustain an environment where women’s talents are recognized, supported, encouraged and rewarded. We commit ourselves to working towards this goal by proactively participating as mentors and mentees, seeking new professional opportunities within the firm, developing new and innovative approaches to client development and satisfaction and educating ourselves and our fellow professionals about the benefits of integrating diversity into the legal profession.
