Elizabeth P. Fuchs

Beth Fuchs has over thirteen years of professional experience in the legal recruiting industry. In her current role as Manager of Legal Recruiting, she oversees summer associate, entry-level and lateral legal recruitment across all Williams Mullen offices in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and North Carolina. Ms. Fuchs manages the recruiting strategy, hiring goals, and placement of over 300 attorneys within the firm.

Beth Fuchs has over thirteen years of professional experience in the legal recruiting industry. In her current role as Manager of Legal Recruiting, she oversees summer associate, entry-level and lateral legal recruitment across all Williams Mullen offices in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and North Carolina. Ms. Fuchs manages the recruiting strategy, hiring goals, and placement of over 300 attorneys within the firm.

Prior to joining Williams Mullen, Ms. Fuchs worked at Allen & Overy LLP, an international law firm in New York, where she oversaw all aspects of the U.S. associate development and recruitment efforts. Throughout her seven year tenure with the firm, she became the Senior Manager of Legal Recruiting for all U.S. global hiring, including the New York, London, Hong Kong and Frankfurt offices. Ms. Fuchs also assumed the responsibility of associate development for attorneys firm-wide, overseeing professional growth and training, continuing legal education, induction and lateral integration processes. Ms. Fuchs was the first recruitment professional in the New York office and facilitated its growth from 25 to 160 attorneys.

Ms. Fuchs is a team player and thoroughly enjoys being involved in professional and community organizations. She is an active member of the National Association of Law Placement (NALP) and the Richmond Area Recruiting Association (RARA). A couple of her community organization memberships include the Fan Women’s Club and Commonwealth Parenting.

Ms. Fuchs graduated from Columbia University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
