He is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and Virginia and is an active member of the Virginia Bar Association. Mr. Harllee is a sought after speaker and regularly published author on the topic of banking law. Articles written by Mr. Harllee have been published by the American Bar Association and the Virginia Law Foundation.
