Ms. Hedrick is active in the community, serving on the board of directors for Artsplosure and on the executive leadership team of the American Heart Association’s Triangle Go Red for Women. She received a bachelor of arts degree, with highest honors, from the University of North Carolina. Ms. Hedrick received a juris doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, with honors. While in school, Ms. Hedrick was a staff writer and publications editor for the First Amendment Law Review.
