Ned Turnbull focuses his practice on general business and corporate matters, with special emphasis on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, secured lending and commercial transactions. Mr. Turnbull is licensed to practice in Virginia. He received a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Virginia and a juris doctor degree from the College of Williams & Mary School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Turnbull served as a member of the William & Mary Law Review, as networking chair of the Law School Council of the Virginia Bar Association, and as an officer on the 2010 Class Gift Committee. Mr. Turnbull served as an intern in the Office of the Attorney General’s Computer Crimes Section and was responsible for drafting a 55-page manual on the Virginia Computer Crimes Act.
