  A Review of 2011-2012 U.S. Supreme Court Decisions Affecting the Business Community Seminar 07.12.2012 12:00am

Please join Williams Mullen on Thursday, July 12th for an informal panel discussion that will examine the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decision on the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act, as well as other decisions issued during the Court’s 2011-2012 term that will affect the business community.
 
Note:  This seminar is offered in person at our Raleigh, NC location and via video conference at all other Williams Mullen locations.  The seminar will also be available via video conference from Atlanta, GA.

Ethics Act: Williams Mullen will report CLE attendance to the North Carolina State Bar and will pay the applicable attendee fees for all attendees other than public officials covered by the N.C. Ethics Act and who wish to claim CLE credit with the North Carolina State Bar will be required to submit a certificate of completion and pay any related attendance fees (i.e., $3 per CLE hour) directly to the State Bar.
