Williams Mullen has extensive experience in guiding clients in compliance with laws pertaining to foreign military sales, export controls (Export Administration Regulations and International Traffic in Arms Regulations), and compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. 

• Negotiated successful settlement of claims arising from performance of base support services contract in Iraq, resulting in conversion of termination for default to termination for convenience and multi-million dollar payment by government. 
• Filed protest before Government Accountability Office regarding procurement of electronic warfare equipment under Foreign Military Sales program for Kingdom of Morocco.
