Suspension, Debarment & Compliance

Maintaining good standing with the government is critical to success as a government contractor. We work with our clients to develop and implement corporate compliance programs to ensure that the company and its employees adhere to relevant laws and act ethically in dealing with the government customer. When the government imposes suspension or debarment as a penalty for corporate action or inaction, we work with our client to identify the origin of the problem and prepare a response to the government.

• Assisted client with its purchase of assets of entity that was proposed for debarment in manner that permitted client to perform the contracts that had been awarded to the target entity without becoming proposed for debarment itself.
