To ensure completion of a sound, environmentally efficient and economically fair project on a timely basis, it is not sufficient for counsel to only have experience in distinct fields such as contracts, environmental permitting, solid waste management plans or environmental impact statements. Our Infrastructure team brings the full suite of essential capabilities to the table for our clients including experience in all relevant fields of law, negotiating skills, sensitivity to community and industry policies, a proven record in maximizing the cooperation and efficiency of all consultants, and the ability to communicate with policy makers and concerned citizens in order to fully protect the client’s interests.

Members of our team have served as project coordinator and/or lead counsel for communities and industry throughout the country. To date, we have served as counsel in 64 public sector projects and over 100 private sector projects or matters.
