Brendan O'Toole and Caitlin Poe Named to Benchmark Litigation's 2020 40 & Under Hot List

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Brendan O'Toole and Caitlin Poe have been named to Benchmark Litigation's 40 & Under Hot List. This is the third straight year for each attorney on the annual list, which recognizes attorneys who "are among the top young talent in their respective litigation communities in the U.S. & Canada."

Brendan O’Toole focuses on complex federal and state commercial litigation, with an emphasis on financial services, residential development and construction, and mortgage disputes, along with the defense of business tort and class action claims. He is based in our Richmond, Va. office.

Caitlin Poe is a litigation attorney and regulatory adviser who represents criminal and civil clients, with a particular focus on representing professional clients adverse to the state or federal government. Her experience includes criminal and civil cases involving securities regulation, intellectual property, consumer protection, environmental compliance, health care fraud and financial fraud.
