Williams Mullen Announces Election of Four New Partners
Williams Mullen is pleased to announce the election of four new partners, effective Feb. 1: S. Tarpley Ashworth, Jr., Elizabeth S. Chapman, Eileen Setien Jackson and Andrew R. "Drew" Shores.
In Richmond:
Tarpley Ashworth counsels public, non-profit, and private clients in a variety of health care transactions, with a particular focus on complex real estate and M&A matters. Ashworth earned his Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
Eileen Jackson’s practice focuses on commercial real estate matters, including leasing, acquisitions, sales and financings. She graduated with her Juris Doctor degree from William and Mary Law School and her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the College of William and Mary.
In Norfolk:
Elizabeth Chapman’s practice focuses on commercial and multifamily real estate and finance. She represents national, regional and local clients in the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of commercial property, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail and mixed-use developments. Chapman earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Tech.
In Raleigh:
Drew Shores focuses his practice on intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on electrical and software patent prosecution, counseling, and litigation. His practice also focuses on trademark prosecution and litigation. Shores graduated with his Juris Doctor degree from Campbell Law School. He earned his Master of Science from Duke University and his Bachelor of Science from Rhodes College.
