Williams Mullen Helps Boston Barricade Complete ESOP Transaction

On July 19, 2019, Mosaic Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity firm based in Charlotte, N.C., announced the ESOP acquisition of Boston Barricade Holdings, Inc.  Boston Barricade is a national provider of barricade systems, graphic displays and related services for the retail and print industry.
