Williams Mullen Welcomes Financial Services and Real Estate Associate Grayson T. Orsini
Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Grayson Orsini has joined the firm’s Financial Services and Real Estate practice in the Norfolk office. Mr. Orsini joins Williams Mullen from Wolcott Rivers Gates. He focuses his practice on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, from acquisition and development to financing and leasing of commercial properties.
Mr. Orsini previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Chief Judge Stephen C. St. John, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, where he prepared docket briefs for more than 80 bankruptcy cases to be heard each week. In addition, while in law school he served as a law clerk for the U.S. Department of State, Office of the Legal Adviser.
Mr. Orsini received his J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond where he served on the editorial staff of the University of Richmond Law Review. He received his bachelor’s degree in international relations with a minor in economics from the College of William and Mary.
