Representative transactions include:
- Negotiated successful settlement of claims arising from performance of base support services contract in Iraq, resulting in conversion of termination for default to termination for convenience and multi-million dollar payment by government.
- Filed protest before Government Accountability Office regarding procurement of electronic warfare equipment under Foreign Military Sales program for Kingdom of Morocco.
- Represent defense contractor in dispute involving commission payments arising from Foreign Military Sales contract for sales to Taiwan. Matter is being handled under UNCITRAL arbitration rules.
