Mr. Di Julio is a member of the Virginia State Bar. He is a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and was named Best Lawyers' 2012 Norfolk Area Litigation - Trusts & Estates Lawyer of the Year. He is among Virginia Business magazine’s “Legal Elite” and has been named a “Super Lawyer” for Estate Planning & Probate by Virginia Super Lawyers magazine. Mr. Di Julio served for three years as new decisions editor for the Journal of Taxation.  In addition, Martindale Hubbell has rated Mr. Di Julio an AV attorney, its highest rating available.

He received his bachelor of science degree from Indiana University and his law degree from Vanderbilt University, where he served as an associate editor of the Journal of Transnational Law. Before joining the firm, Mr. Di Julio was a partner with Clark & Stant, which merged with Williams Mullen in 1999.
