Joshua M. Krasner
Josh Krasner concentrates his practice in the areas of employment law, employment litigation and labor relations. Mr. Krasner has substantial experience defending companies against allegations of discrimination and harassment arising under Title VII, the FMLA, the ADA and the ADEA, and representing employers before the EEOC and in federal court. He regularly counsels management regarding questions arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act, the North Carolina Wage and Hour Act, the Family & Medical Leave Act, as well as on employee handbooks, drug testing and Department of Transportation regulatory compliance. In the area of labor relations, Mr. Krasner defends companies in representation hearings and in unfair labor practice litigation before the National Labor Relations Board.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Krasner clerked for the Honorable I. Beverly Lake, Jr., Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of North Carolina.
He is a member of the North Carolina Bar and the North Carolina Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Krasner is active in the Cary Chamber of Commerce, the Raleigh City Softball League and volunteers his time to the SPCA of Wake County. Mr. Krasner currently serves on the board of directors for Marbles Kids Museum, Smiles for a Lifetime and the Western Wake Tennis Association.
He earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of North Carolina and a juris doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.
