Jennifer D. Mullen
Jennifer Mullen focuses her practice on general commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing and development of commercial property, office and residential condominiums, residential subdivisions and planned unit developments, and multi-family housing projects, as well as matters related to land use, zoning, economic development and public-private financing transactions. Ms. Mullen is certified by the U.S. Green Building Certification Institute as a LEED Green Associate in the emerging area of green building and renewable energy law.

Ms. Mullen is listed in Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Stars magazine for Real Estate. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Richmond Bar Association and the Virginia Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division. Ms. Mullen serves on the board of directors for the Richmond Public Library Foundation. She is a member of the Greater Richmond United Way Housing Stability Action Council. Ms. Mullen is a former board member of the Massey Alliance.
Ms. Mullen earned her bachelor of arts degree from Miami University of Ohio and her juris doctor degree from William & Mary School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Mullen was the senior articles editor of the Environmental Law and Policy Review.
