R. Joseph Noble
Joey Noble's practice focuses on commercial real estate, banking, tax credit transactions, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. He represents commercial lending institutions and real estate developers in connection with all aspects of commercial financial transactions, including acquisition, development and construction loans and loan workouts. His practice also has a strong emphasis on the acquisition, development and construction of multi-family housing developments intended to qualify for federal low-income housing tax credits and/or federal and state historic rehabilitation tax credits. Mr. Noble has also represented regional and national landlords and tenants with the negotiation and preparation of complex office, retail and industrial leases. Mr. Noble has been engaged in the representation of numerous creditors in the recent local bankruptcies, enforcing and protecting the creditors' rights in bankruptcy.

Mr. Noble is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Bankruptcy Section of the Richmond Bar Association, the Risk Management Association, the American Bankruptcy Association and the Virginia Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division.
Mr. Noble received his juris doctor degree from William & Mary School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Noble worked as an editor on the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal. He also was honored with the Benjamin Rush Scholar Award for a research paper he wrote on health law. He graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of Virginia.
