Kiana M. Jamison
Kiana Jamison focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate matters. She advises clients on a variety of general business matters such as organization and business structure, capitalization, governance, governmental regulation and compliance issues. Ms. Jamison also focuses a portion of her practice on general commercial transactions and matters relating to commercial contracting and sourcing, construction and engineering, and regulated markets. She has assisted with several energy law and renewable energy projects.

Ms. Jamison is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the American Bar Association, the Richmond Bar Association and the Metro Richmond Women’s Bar Association. She is active in the community, serving on the board of directors for the Black History Museum and Cultural Center of Virginia.
Ms. Jamison received her juris doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law where she served as an articles editor for the Virginia Sports & Entertainment Law Journal. While in law school, Ms. Jamison spent a year working with the University of Virginia School of Law Family Resource Clinic and received a Service Certificate of Recognition from the Pro Bono Program. She received a bachelor of arts degree from Yale University.
