Lauren Turner focuses her practice on general business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and securities. Prior to joining Williams Mullen, Ms. Turner was employed by Protiviti, an international risk management consulting firm, where she performed internal audit and regulatory compliance reviews.

Ms. Turner is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is admitted before the U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia . She is a member of the Virginia Beach Bar Association and the Virginia Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division.

Ms. Turner earned a bachelor of science degree in finance from Virginia Tech, cum laude. She earned a juris doctor degree from Boston University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Turner served as a note editor for the Public Interest Law Journal and treasurer of the Public Interest Project.
