Bill Benos Analyzes Significance of the Fourth Circuit Executive Order Appeal

On Monday, May 8, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond heard arguments regarding President Trump's revised travel ban. Bill Benos offered commentary and insight for NBC12 on the appeal, at which the constitutionality and enforceability of the President’s travel ban was at issue amidst protests held outside of the courtroom. The Ninth Circuit appeal will be heard on Monday, May 15 and likely will continue the review of this important case through to the U.S. Supreme Court.
