Chuck James Interviewed by NBC12 About 'Project Exile'

Attorney Chuck James was interviewed by NBC12 about "Project Exile," a police initiative aimed at reducing the crime rate in Richmond that was successful nearly 20 years ago. After a recent night of violence in Richmond, the police chief is considering bringing it back. James was a federal prosecutor during the original "Project Exile" and provided insight on the initiative.
