02.01.2010 Former Secretary of Commerce and Trade Joins Williams Mullen’s Corporate Practice RICHMOND, Va. – Williams Mullen announces that the Honorable Patrick O. Gottschalk, former Secretary of Commerce and Trade under Virginia Governor Timothy M. Kaine, has joined the firm’s corporate practice, focusing on business law matters and corporate transactions.

Mr. Gottschalk earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1975 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1983.
