Kevin Pomfret Writes on Evolving Drone and Privacy Laws for CLM Magazine

Attorney Kevin Pomfret, on behalf of the Property Drone Consortium, wrote an article for the July issue of CLM Magazine about the evolving  landscape of state and local drones and privacy laws. The article discusses several issues affecting unmanned aircraft systems right now, including whether federal laws preempt local and state regulations, the evolving nature of what constitutes  “a reasonable expectation of privacy” and efforts to regulate “surveillance.”
