Williams Mullen Adds Corporate Associate Sheena Dasani

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Sheena Dasani has joined the firm as an Associate in the Business & Corporate practice.  Ms. Dasani previously spent two years as an associate at a boutique commercial law firm in New York City before moving to North Carolina.

Ms. Dasani focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, entity formation, joint ventures and other commercial transactions.  She advises companies on a broad spectrum of legal matters, including board structuring and governance, subsidiary management, commercial contracting and employment issues. 

“We are very excited to add Sheena to our team,” Carolinas Managing Partner David Paulson said.  “She has an impressive background, and she will add immediate value with her experience in corporate transactional work.”

Ms. Dasani has drafted a vast array of day-to-day contracts including non-disclosure agreements, assignment agreements, termination agreements and employment agreements.  She is fluent in Gujarati and is conversational in Spanish and French.

Ms. Dasani received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.  She also earned her Masters of Bioethics degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine.  Ms. Dasani earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University.
