04.01.2013 Williams Mullen Attorney M. Keith Kapp Honored as American Bar Foundation Fellow

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that M. Keith Kapp, a regulatory and commercial litigation attorney and vice chairman of the firm’s board of directors, has been nominated as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.

The Fellows of the American Bar Foundation is an honorary organization of lawyers, judges, and legal scholars whose public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the welfare of their communities and to the highest principles of the legal profession. The Fellows support the research of the American Bar Foundation through their annual contributions and sponsor programming of direct relevance to leaders of the legal profession. Membership in the Fellows is limited to one-third of one percent of the lawyers admitted to practice in each jurisdiction of the United States.

“It is an honor to be included among the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation,” said Mr. Kapp. “I admire the work that the Foundation does, and I am proud to be counted with such distinguished members of the legal community.”
