Williams Mullen Helps Property Owner Gain Recommended Approval for Telecommunications Tower in Wilmington

On Jan. 10, 2019, the New Hanover County Planning Board voted to recommend approval of a special use permit that would allow Communications Tower Group to  build a 154-foot-tall telecommunications tower on the property of the Arab Shrine Club in Wilmington, N.C. The tower is expected to boost cellular service in the surrounding areas. Williams Mullen’s Tom Johnson is representing Communications Tower Group throughout the permit process.
