Williams Mullen Helps TowerCom Obtain Special-Use Permit for Telecommunications Tower in Greene County, VA

On Oct. 25, the planning commission for Greene County, located about 20 miles north of Charlottesville, voted 4-0 to approve a special-use permit for a new telecommunications tower in the county. Williams Mullen’s Valerie Long and Nicole Scro are representing TowerCom in the matter, who would build the site for T-Mobile.  The County Board of Supervisors will review the application for final approval in November.  Read an article on the special use permit approval here.
