Williams Mullen Welcomes Corporate Associate Kathryn B. Pfeiffer

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that Kathryn B. Pfeiffer has joined the firm as an Associate in the Corporate section. She will be working out of the Virginia Beach office.

Ms. Pfeiffer joins Williams Mullen from Midkiff, Muncie & Ross, P.C., where she was an associate in their Litigation department. Prior to that, she was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Glen Huff, where she did research on various topics in administrative, domestic relations, workers’ compensation, and criminal law and drafted memoranda summarizing research findings. She will be supporting Williams Mullen’s Business and Corporate team, assisting with major business deals, such as mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, as well as advising on general corporate matters and regulatory compliance.

Katie earned her J.D. from The T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. While in law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Board and served as the Business Editor for the Richmond Journal of Global Law and Business. She also has a B.A. in English from Davidson College.
