Williams Mullen Welcomes Four First-Year Associates

Williams Mullen is pleased to announce that four first-year associates have joined the firm. Thomas E.A. “Tommy” Bishop and Stefanie A. Felitto will be based in the firm’s Richmond office, while Fallon A. Dungan and Yiorgos L. “George” Koliopoulos will work out of the firm’s Virginia Beach office. All four were 2017 graduates of the Williams Mullen summer associate program.

Tommy Bishop joins the firm’s Finance & Real Estate practice in Richmond. He represents developers, investors, landlords and tenants in a wide range of real estate transactions, from acquisition and development to financing and leasing commercial and residential properties. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Washington and Lee University, his Master of Education degree from the University of Richmond and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Before attending law school, Tommy was a Spanish teacher in schools throughout the Richmond community.

Fallon Dungan joins the firm’s Business & Corporate practice in Virginia Beach. She advises public and private companies on general business matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and other commercial transactions. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Penn State Law, and she also earned two Bachelor of Science degrees, in English and public relations, from the Schreyer Honors College at The Pennsylvania State University.

Stefanie Felitto joins the firm’s Health Care practice in Richmond. She assists health care clients, including hospital systems, long-term care providers and physicians and physician practice groups, with a broad range of health care-related matters. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School, and she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the College of William & Mary. Before law school, Stefanie worked as a Health Solutions Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting in Washington D.C, where she developed financial, error rate and litigation exposure models, as well as expert reports for health care providers and their outside counsel.

George Koliopoulos joins the firm’s Labor, Employment & Immigration practice in Virginia Beach. He advises clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including Title VII, age discrimination, fair labor standards, family and medical leave, the WARN Act, wrongful discharge and restrictive covenants. George earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, and he earned both his Master’s Degree in international commerce and policy and his Bachelor of Arts degree from George Mason University.
