Prior to attending law school, Mr. Magnuson was associate director of engineering for SportsMEDIA Technology Corporation. Mr. Magnuson is licensed to practice in North Carolina. Mr. Magnuson received his juris doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law where he was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Association, staff member of the North Carolina Law Review, and notes editor of the North Carolina Journal of Law & Technology. He received a bachelor of arts degree from Harvard University.
