Nelson Wilkinson focuses his practice on claims arising under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA), and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Mr. Wilkinson is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the American Bar Association and the Federal Circuit Bar Association. Mr. Wilkinson received his bachelor of arts degree from Trinity College. He received his juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, from George Mason University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Wilkinson was comments editor for the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and authored the article, “No Shelter: How the Federal Circuit Misinterpreted the Whistleblower Protection Act by Excluding De Minimis Disclosures,” published in the May 2007 edition.
